Christmas Truth

Each year, as Christmas approaches , you hear Christmas carols everywhere. Sometimes , at the point where another Silent Night would you want silence sound system .
Everyone is scrambling to buy Christmas gifts for everyone on a list that seems miles long. Queues and queues to pay parking also appear infinitely long .
Christmas cards are sent to friends and relatives , some of whom have not seen in years .

Beautifully decorated Christmas trees pop up everywhere. Buildings are dressed in lights, mistletoes , bells and other Christmas decorations. Santa, his elves and reindeer are everywhere. What is Christmas really ? Sometimes it seems like a brillian invention of toy manufacturers to push sales of toys for all parents everywhere . A ploy sales marketing of the retail industry.

In fact , Christmas is the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ. Long ago , a baby is born with a girl who was still a virgin . The baby born in a manger , in animals, but the angels proclaimed his birth.

The wise men followed a star that marked his birth and made him valuable gifts to honor him. Everything seemed so beautifully sweet .. until you understand why this child was born.

This baby was born to die . To be crucified on the cross , while still in his prime. Killed alongside murderers, at the insistence of the crowd, even though he had committed no crime ... days after being received in Jerusalem by crowds of people waving palm leaves , shouting Hosanna , praising him .

It was a horrible death. He was then whipped his body covered with blood , still alive, was nailed to a cross and left to die . At his death, the sky turned dark . There was an earthquake the curtain separating the holiest place in the Temple of Jerusalem from the rest of the region was torn in two.

Three days later the tomb was empty and the heavy stone was rolled away . His disciples and his family saw it. He spent time with them , ate with them , proving he was alive and not a ghost . Later, while talking a crowd of people , stood up in the sky disappeared into the clouds.

All this happened for a reason !!
